PLEASE BE ADVISED
Beginning January 1, 2026 our Self Pay rates will increase.
Follow up appointments with Dr. Canale, Kelly Govro MMS, PA-C, Alexandria Anderson D.N.P, PMHNP-BC, and Jan Chartrand RN, M.ED, LCSW, LPC, NCC will be $125 for self pay.
New Patient Appointments with our medication providers Kelly Govro MMS, PA-C and Alexandria Anderson D.N.P, PMHNP-BC appointments will be $200 for self-pay.
New Patient appointment with our therapist Jan Chartrand RN, M.ED, LCSW, LPC, NCC will be $175 for self-pay.
